New 5 Star Review: “My husband and I felt the urgency to move into a new house at quite possibly the worst time, winter 2015! We were searching and searching and found a couple of good ones but due to the terrible market we were outbid as the houses ultimately went for well over our price range. Each time we saw a house though Cheryl and Rose responded immediately and even drove home in a terrible storm to ensure we were able to get our offer in at deadline. We would call after an open house and within hours action was taken. This diligence and responsiveness is what ultimately got us the house of our dreams. We randomly went to an open house on a Tuesday night, fell in love, called them and had the first offer in at 10PM that night. Cheryl insisted we put a deadline on the offer which made me nervous but it did the trick! Our offer was countered and we got the house. I am sure the sellers could have gotten more for the house but being quick, giving the deadline and including a nice letter I believe made all the difference. We feel so fortunate to have a house we love in a great neighborhood which was difficult to find and get in such a competitive market.” Lisa G

Cheryl Henderson was our agent for the sale of our house in Belmont. We liked Cheryl from the very first time we met her. She went out of her way to make sure we understood all elements of selling our home. She was very good at judging the current market price for the sale. She crafted a very careful and detailed approach to selling the house from advertising to the open house to the final sale itself. She sold our home during the first few hours of the open house for full asking price. She then worked hard keeping everything in order and the process going forward right up to the sale date. It couldn’t have gone smoother. There were lots of issues along the way that could have negatively affected the sale of the house but Cheryl took care of them all. Cheryl Henderson essentially made my dream come true…a beach house on this side of the canal. We headed to the Wareham area on the hottest day of the summer in August. She meticulously set up 15 properties for us to view and we did view them all (did I mention that a few days before I thought I had sprained my ankle, I found out later that it was broken…she catered to that too). About a month later one of those homes was stuck in my head. I asked Cheryl if we could view it one more time? Off we went and 30 days later the perfect house was mine!
