Known for her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to client service, Cheryl works with both buyers and sellers, with a particular passion for helping downsizers navigate their next chapter with confidence.
A longtime expert in the Lake Minnetonka market, Cheryl serves communities including Excelsior, Shorewood, Tonka Bay, Deephaven, Minnetonka Beach, Wayzata, Orono, Minnetrista, Chanhassen, Chaska, Eden Prairie, and surrounding areas. Her expertise includes lakefront homes, relocation, staging, shoreline and dock considerations, historic homes, 1031 exchanges, and investment properties. A retired U.S. Air Force Captain, Cheryl has also earned recognition from the Excelsior Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce, including Business of the Year in 2022 and Volunteer of the Year in 2024.
Outside of real estate, Cheryl enjoys escaping to her cabin, traveling, and staying involved in the community she loves. She earned 13 singing medals during her years in concert choir and brings that same enthusiasm and energy to everything she does. She'll also be the first to admit she's GPS-challenged—despite years of showing homes across the west metro, a few extra U-turns are still part of the adventure.
