We started working with Cheryl as our realtor in June. We had been looking at homes in Ocala via the internet and Cheryl contacted us. We set up a time to visit Ocala and to meet with her. She was always very professional even though we had a bad experience with trying to buy the first home we selected. We had about given up looking for another home in Florida, but Cheryl continued to stay in contact with us. The end result is that we made another trip to look at some more homes and we ended up finiding one in the same development as the origional home we wanted. Everything went through fine with this purchase and Cheryl stood by us every bit of the way. She went far and beyond our expectations by letting the previous owners know about an antique piece of furniture that I had admired. Not only were we offered that antique, but we were also offered other items in the home that we needed at a purchase priice far less than the worth. Throughout our time spent with Cheryl we became friends talking about our families and pets. She has been a great help to us and we would definitely reccomend her to others needing a realtor.

Cheryl was great! She understood what type of home and neighborhood we were looking for , and she spent time showing us what was available in our price range. She was both knowledgeable and personable. We have recommended her to friends who are looking to move into the area.
