About Cheryl

Cheryl founded CMI Properties in 1992. She has maintained a Kentucky Real Estate License for over two decades. Cheryl has a broad spectrum of commercial real estate experience including tenant representation, shopping center leasing and management, office building leasing and management as well as commercial property investment sales.

She has worked with numerous tenants including such national companies as Rite Aid, Staples, IHOP, Chuy’s Restaurant, Starbucks, Tractor Supply, and Dollar Tree. Her passion for the commercial real estate business is the foundation for CMI Properties success over the years. Cheryl is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and is active in many civic organizations.
