Cheryl Manganiello

After vacationing to the beautiful Emerald Coast since the late 1990’s, Cheryl moved to the area from Central Florida in 2015 with my husband Andy. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in hospitality, she began the first part of her successful sales career with Hilton Hotels Corporation before returning to school to become a certified teacher for 11 years while raising her children. Soon Cheryl’s passion for sales returned her to the hospitality industry working for Interstate Hotels and Resorts. She come to Sandestin Real Estate with over 22 years of sales and leadership experience, and prides herself on strong customer relationships, attention to detail and her dedication to helping clients achieve their goals- whether it be a dream home, investment opportunity or a fabulous place to get away from it all. Cheryl resides in beautiful South Walton with her husband of 30 years, Andy, and they have two grown children who have both chosen to work in the hospitality industry.
