Cheryl is the Founder and President of Marsh Properties. Established in 1990, the firm is located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. She is known for her passion and devotion to her clients in the residential market. Her expertise has provided her clients with unparalleled guidance while navigating the real estate process and successfully achieving their purpose.

Cheryl possesses exceptional knowledge & professionalism, traits perfected in her 34+ years of experience in the Boston real estate business. Having worked “both sides of the table” her sellers and buyers always feel at ease knowing that she is looking out for their best interests. In her personal time, she enjoys entertaining and cooking for family and friends, dining out and traveling with her husband and business partner Tim. She loves spending time with their 3 adult children, whenever possible, and last but not least Emma, the family's sweet English Springer.
