About Cheryl

We started coming to Northeast Michigan in 2007 and chose Hale as our base camp to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, kayaking, as well as hunting. This area is loaded with trails for riding motorcycles and snowmobiles, too. Being only three hours away from our home in a suburb of Detroit we found the perfect location for a weekend getaway. The opportunity arose to move here full time and we took full advantage of it. Now we can show others the spectacular views and all the reasons we moved here. The "Land of 60 Lakes" has so many things to offer. New adventures are always waiting.
