Cheryl has been licensed since 2002 after spending nearly 20 years in real estate law and has completed over $250 million in sales. She began her career in Vero Beach in 1979 as a legal assistant and then paralegal, doing real estate work and facilitating closings, working side-by-side with prominent Indian River County attorneys. Years spent working with Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in the UK, and as a residential and commercial property manager back home in Vero have added a breadth of knowledge and expertise to her 23+ years as a Realtor. Cheryl has a deep understanding of markets and marketing, and of acquisitions and dispositions of residential, investment, and commercial properties.
