My husband and I loved our experience working with Cheryl Nekos. Cheryl spotted the home we eventually bought and alerted us to it BEFORE it went on the market. The housing market is especially tight and competitive right now. We'd actually become super discouraged, but Cheryl helped us find a house that we loved more than anything else we'd seen--it's just our style, budget, and location. She knows Kingston and the market very well, recommending areas of the city we hadn't really known were so cool. Cheryl is proactive but makes clear that she's in your corner and she presents info without being pushy or high pressure. She was always available to talk through a property and through our purchase process, remaining very responsive and personable straight through to the close. We highly recommend her for your real estate adventure!

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciate Cheryl. I just bought my first home. She was there to explain the process to me and advocate for me in every step of the process. Cheryl Nekos was the agent for the condo I purchased! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and reliable throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable agent! Cheryl understood my needs from the very first showing! Cheryl was always available and, since I work full time, she was very flexible and worked with me in my time frame.

In conclusion, Cheryl was more than helpful in working with me to find a condo! She was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to help me find a fantastic condo that fit my needs and most importantly--my price range!
Cheryl was extremely communicative and always easy to reach to answer any questions I had.

We recently worked with Cheryl Nekos, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Extremely responsive and professional as well as personable, relatable and friendly. She went over and beyond to help us find a house that met our needs and likes. We had an instant connection with HGTV suggestions in each house which was fun when going through the grueling process of buying a house and 8 months pregnant!! She was super helpful in the closing process keeping all the parties together and moving forward in order for us to close before our baby was born.
