Cheryl Novak

Cheryl is an attorney with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Momentum, Cheryl most recently worked as nationwide escrow officer closing large commercial transactions in all fifty states for General Motors and Ally Bank, among other clients. She previously held positions as commercial real estate counsel in a Minneapolis law firm and in an international law firm in Hartford, Connecticut. Cheryl’s expertise is helping clients to achieve a seamless and rewarding transaction. In addition to her legal expertise, Cheryl is an experienced Life Coach with an intuitive ability to strategize and problem solve for her clients. Clients appreciate Cheryl’s solution-based thought process and pro-active advice to meet their commercial real estate goals. In her free time Cheryl enjoys yoga, travel, music, boating and spending time with family and friends.
