It was pure luck to meet and work with Cheryl. Her flexible schedule made setting appointments to see properties easy. She was knowledgeable about closings and contracts. Cheryl was also very familiar with the area that we were interested in. Even after closing she continued to be helpful, answering questions and offering suggestions regarding local services and restaurants. Cheryl was positive, upbeat and friendly. She said part of what she loved about her job was making new friends. I consider her my realtor and now my friend.
