Prior to becoming a Realtor I was an Executive Producer, Writer of a Real Estate Marketing Cable TV show. I was Blessed to be trained & mentored by Successful, Ethical & Wise Brokers, Appraisers and Realtors. As a result, I have a unique perspective. Because I learned from TOP Professionals in a non competitive situation, I became good at marketing and learned shortcuts that make buying or selling easy and profitable for Seller, Buyer or Investor. I personally love a WIN WIN situation. when both the Buyer and Seller walk away feeling HAPPY, knowing they got the best price possible. Sellers and Buyers commonly tell me, they have never had an agent like me and they never expected the amount, or quality of work I performed for them. I Serve Southern California, But I am knowledgeable about many other areas, because I have lived there, owned property there, or have contacts in many parts of the world. I've had a life long LOVE Affair With Real Estate, I love to design Homes, Gardens, Rooms. When other kids in my class were drawing simple houses with Mom, Dad, Brothers, Sisters, and a Tree.I was drawing Floor Plans and painting detailed pictures of rooms.
