There needs to be more stars to accomodate Cheryl's excellence as an agent. We purchased our first home with her, and sold that home with her 2 years later. She is a true professional. She guided us the entire way, gave strong advice in areas we didn't know about, she has endless connections with vendors. She took so much work off our plates and ran the show beginning to end. The level of service was truly out of this world. We moved out of Colorado and did not have the same experience with other agents. Cheryl is commited to excellence. She is unbelievably trustworth and available to you whenever you need her, even on tight deadlines. STOP shopping around for an agent and call Cheryl!!!!

Cheryl was amazing! We were looking for property in the mountains and, in this crazy market, properties were moving quickly. Cheryl was so responsive and met us a few times at the last minute to browse homes until we found our place. She was with us every step of the way. I can’t even count the number of texts and emails I sent her and she always got back to me immediately to calm my anxieties throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

As first time homebuyers, we had ZERO idea how the process worked, where to start, or what to look for. Cheryl was so incredibly patient with us; educated us at each home we viewed, and showed us what was important, and what wasn't. Cheryl was about as responsive as is possible, and handled each aspect of the process with professionalism and class. At the end of it all, we found a home that checked literally every single box! She took the time to learn our personalities, and translated that into finding our dream home. She handled the transaction with expertise, and went to bat for us at every turn. I can't say enough good things about Cheryl! She is so good at what she does and walked us through every step of selling and purchasing. Although I know Cheryl is a very busy person in her work, we always felt like we were her only clients. We are so grateful to have worked with Cheryl to buy our house. She understands what it takes to get a house in a sellers market. Of her many great qualities, I would say being proactive is her best as a realtor - this was our fifth home purchase, and we did the least during closing with this one. She's a great negotiator! She either anticipated what we needed or was ready with a response immediately - including research with structural engineers, building codes, and historic preservation. She was very knowledgeable about our target neighborhoods in Central Denver. I think it's very important to add - because we looked at so many houses together - that she is a very pleasant person to spend a lot of time with: she's friendly, not pushy, and even-keeled. I highly recommend her!
