Cheryl is originally from London, United Kingdom. She is happily married with 2 incredible young children. Cheryl graduated from Southampton University in 1997 with a PhD in Molecular Biology, and quickly went into the biotech sales and marketing industry seeing herself as more of a business negotiator than a scientist.

Cheryl completed extremely strong technical sales and marketing training over 10 years and executed huge growth for her European territories for her biotechnology company. After 7 years of successful field sales, while in the UK she transitioned into a marketing role for 2 years where she gleaned experience in generating price points for new products, pitching them professionally by branding portfolios, creating marketing pieces such as postcards and websites using her professional copy writing skills. This invaluable experience in the Biotechnology industry empowered her to enter the real estate industry with confidence and skill back in 2004. She has been a consistent producer working by referral only, always at top of her game.

After 10 years with a larger franchise brokerage, Cheryl joined Coastal Rock Realty in early 2014 as a highly seasoned agent. She has strengthened her business and built herself an incredible team of service providers, further elevating her level of customer service.
