Cheryl Smith

As a Kentucky native and seasoned real estate professional, Cheryl recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her, and she strives every day to exceed their expectations. She holds the real estate designations of SRES (“Senior Real Estate Specialist”), as well as CBR (“Certified Buyer’s Representative). In addition, should the need arise, Cheryl is also very adept and has much experience with “short sales”.
Cheryl’s clients have often described her as detail-oriented, proactive, a skilled negotiator, and fun to be around.
Raised in Louisville, Cheryl understands and appreciates the unique benefits of life the Ohio Valley has to offer, with its’ unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing restaurants. She now calls Middletown home, with her husband of almost 30 years, along with a menagerie of animals.
Cheryl is a proud member of the Middletown Chamber of Commerce and the Jeffersontown Chamber of Commerce and serves on as many committees as time allows. She also volunteers at the local food pantry and animal shelter.
