Cheryl Stovall has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development and operations, including all facets of multi-family development, re-development and asset management.

With her extensive background in large-scale, multi-unit real estate developments, Stovall successfully evaluates the architectural, financial and market feasibility of project concepts, designs and a variety of land uses. She analyzes project plans during the design process to lead design development and ensure maximize the potential of all projects, and oversees the development process to ensure the vision is maintained.

Her ability to manage the process from inception to stabilization provides insight and continuity throughout all phases of the project.

Stovall fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing large projects. Her administration and design background led her to receive multiple awards and an excellent business reputation, such as the Architectural Design Award for Glenbridge Manors, the AIMCO Chairman’s Award and collateral design awards for multiple properties.
