We live in Canada and have owned a condo in Phoenix for many years. After COVID our plan was to start coming down again but decided it was time to sell with all the contents. Cheryl packed up our personal things,arranged for a;; necessary repairs, cleaned and staged the place for sale - in short did everything that we couldn’t do remotely. In a slow market we sold, got pour full sang price and had thee proceeds in hand in a latter of weeks . I am a lawyer by trade and so have dealt with many realtors during m,y life. Cheryl stands glad and shoulders above them all. We couldn’t have asked fir a better realtor. I would unreservedly recommend her to anyone.
