About Cheryl

Cheryl is a native of San Francisco and resided in Sonoma County for over 20 yrs. She now resides in the Walnut Creek area. A licensed Professional Chemical Engineer for the state of California, she became insurance and security licensed in 1995 to run a financial consulting business, where she found great satisfaction in educating others on wealth building and preservation strategies. In 1997, Cheryl obtained her real estate license and found her niche providing financial solutions for her clients through real estate and mortgage loan products.

Cheryl is broker /owner of Patrick Williams and Associates (PWA), a full service real estate brokerage serving the North bay and East bay areas of Northern California. Cheryl specializes in helping clients avoid foreclosure by Lender approved pre-foreclosure sales (Short Sales). Her relationships with Lenders benefit buyers and investors by providing wholesale properties through Bank Owned or REO listings. She also enjoys working with Buyers, helping them find the home of their dreams. Cheryl's primary objective is to satisfy the real estate needs and goals of her clients while keeping their best interest at the forefront.

When not helping her clients with Real Estate, Cheryl enjoys singing in her church choir, traveling, spending time with her 3 grown children, family and friends and volunteering her time to mentor abused/neglected children in her community through Royal Family Kid's Club and summer Camps.
