We’ve worked with Chetaun on multiple occasions. When we met her for the very first time we instantly felt at ease. We were relocating from another state and had limited time to find a place to stay. We didn’t find anything during our first visit but were comfortable enough to leave it up to her and she delivered! The second time was no different, she’s attentive and hands on. There’s no one else we’d rather have as our realtor!

Mrs. Chetaun Smith is one of the best realtor my husband and I have work with. She always considered our needs and concerns with selling our house and purchasing another home. She was there every step of the way....keeping us informed of any updates or things we needed to do. My husband and I realized we put a lot on her plate... at one time....she never failed us. She is very professional and knowledgeable regarding selling, purchasing and closing on a home. She acquired several offers during the 1st open house tour and help with the purchase agreement on our 2nd house....all within a month. My advice to a buyer or seller...please give her a call. You will not be disappointed. She has become an extended part of our family.
