Cheyenne Friend

Although Cheyenne is not from the Wichita Falls area, she got here as fast as she could 16 years ago! Growing up on a 9-section ranch in southwest Texas taught her a great deal over the years, especially hard work, dedication, organizational skills and appreciation for God’s green earth.

Cheyenne attended Angelo State University for her BBA in Marketing and then pursued her MBA at Texas Tech University. She also earned the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, which is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Cheyenne also holds numerous other designations including New Home Construction Certification and Accredited Buyer’s Representative.

Cheyennes expertise ranges from residential real estate to farm and ranch land in Wichita, Archer, Clay and Jack Counties.

When Cheyenne is not selling real estate, she enjoys working on her ranch, being outdoors, gardening, shooting sporting clays, cycling, spending time with her 2 dogs, hiking, traveling and learning new things.
