I’m Cheyenne — a Georgia native from Griffin, now proudly calling Sugar Hill home. I’m a real estate agent, investor ally, and mama to a sunshine-powered six-year-old named Lincoln — the biggest blessing in my world.

My approach to real estate is personal, honest, and intentional. I lead with grit, grace, and hustle — whether I’m helping a first-time buyer find their footing, or guiding an investor through a multi-deal strategy. I believe in clear communication, early mornings, and celebrating wins (both big and small).

When I’m not negotiating contracts or showing homes, you’ll probably find me outside soaking up the sun, working out at 5am (yep, it’s a thing), or planning meetups for my amazing tribe of local moms. I’m a big fan of good books, milkshakes, and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens — but more than anything, I love building strong communities and strong families.
