About Chezi
Chezi Rafaeli began his career as a residential sales associate in New York city in 1992 where he quickly learned if you are going to distinguish yourself from the competition you have to work hard and know your product inside and out. With that experience Chezi and his family moved to Downtown Chicago to what Chezi calls the most exciting, dynamic area in the entire city.
In 2003, Chezi joined Coldwell Banker's Gold Cost office and began selling what he knows best: luxury condominiums in the Downtown market. In 2004, Chezi was recognized by Coldwell Banker when he was admitted into the President's Premier Club, which is awarded to the top 1% of sales associates across the country. Chezi was further honored in 2007 when he placed in the top 5 city producers based on sales volume. Between his Chezi generates more than $130 million in sales and listings annually as a result of his focused career in areas such as the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Magnificent Mile, River North and The Loop. Historically, Chezi has broken the record for delivering the highest price per square foot in downtown Chicago for his selling client. Chezi's sales experience and skills are noteworthy and he anticipates his clients' needs instantaneously.
