Chiméne totally exceeded the already lofty expectations that that had been set by her glowing recommendations. The circumstances were challenging, particularly given how much money had been borrowed against the house and unpredictable fluctuations in the market since the summer. In the end, we cleared much more from this sale than it seemed like we could hope for, something which will make a really big difference in the lives of both my sister's family and my own. As Chiméne clearly communicated, there were always going to be significant factors that were not completely under anyone's control. At the same time, it's also clear none of this would have happened if Chiméne and Shawna hadn't completely nailed the parts that were in their control. On top of all of this, Chiméne was just a lovely person to deal with throughout this whole challenging, stressful, and emotional process, as was Shawna, whom Chiméne brought on board a few weeks into the process and who was terrific to work with all the way through to the tremendously successful conclusion.
