Chip went above and beyond expectations during the entire home buying and selling process. He was thorough and detail oriented (catching things we didn't notice during our tours), while also approachable and willing to answer even the most obvious of questions (I had a ton as a first time buyer). Chip was always available and happy to meet both via phone and in-person based on our preferences. I would use him again in a heartbeat for both the buying and selling process.

He helped me identify what I wanted, showed me different homes and condos that were available and was an excellent negotiator when I submitted an offer and requested repairs. From our initial call to discuss what we were looking for, budget, must-haves, etc., Chip listened to it all and made sure he provided the best selection for us to review on an almost daily basis. When we finally found the house we wanted, he helped us create a very competitive offer without spending more than necessary, ultimately resulting in our bid winning.

He was always available to answer any questions we had along the way and ensured we had the answers we needed. We trusted his guidance every step of the way and I wouldn't hesitate to use Chip again when it's time to buy/sell!
