Chip has been my realtor for 15 years and I could not be more grateful for all the help he's given me along the way. Buying property is extremely stressful, but Chip has a unique way of making you feel at ease the whole time by A.) obviously knowing the ins and outs of the DMV/NC Real Estate market right from the first Convo - you k kw you're in good hands...and B.) never letting any moment or decision get too big or small for me in the process. He's just always there with smile and a calming presence whenever I need help or something comes up that I don't understand.

With a lot of Realtors, you wonder at the end what you paid all that money for. With Chip, it feels like you got away with a great deal because of how much value he provides.
