My name is Chiquita "Chi" (pronounced “Chai”) Williams, and I take pride in being a Realtor® - your
Realtor®. My role as your Realtor® is to function as an educational and informational resource to help
you define your goals and put my knowledge and expertise to work for you. I love working as a real
estate professional. Every day brings a different adventure for my taking on new challenges and meeting
new people. I give a lot to every person I work with, but the satisfaction of helping sellers and buyers
reach their goal is always well worth the effort. I see my clients as partners, so I provide "personalized,"
professional service for each client.
Just a snippet about the kind of person with whom you will be partnering; I am a native of Pensacola,
Florida, and I am a wife, mother, and entrepreneur. I have a great networking sphere through my church,
Heirs of the Kingdom Church International, where I serve as a greeter; I am also a volunteer with the
children's ministry. I have worked in various positions with the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile
Justice, for 20+ years, as an Operations Review Specialist/Program Monitor; in this capacity, I traveled
through the Northwest Florida Panhandle and reviewed state-operated and privately run programs. I am
a graduate of the University of West Florida. I have served on the Pensacola Associations of Realtors'
Community Relations Committee.
In my spare time, I love to read and exercise; spending quality time with my family and friends is among
my other favorite pastimes. And, of course, being a Floridian, I love taking in the scenery at our beautiful,
sandy white beaches.
