Chirag is awesome! My husband and I just closed on our first home. At the beginning of our house hunting journey, we were feeling excited but also overwhelmed and anxious about how to find the right home for us. Chirag eased our fears and made the process enjoyable. Unlike other realtors, my first conversation with Chirag was very pleasant. He took time out to see me and understand my requirements which I personally didn't find any other realtor doing these days. Throughout the whole process he assisted us like a true friend more than a realtor. We began speaking with Chirag last year to begin our home purchase process and despite every possible bump in the road someone could hit he stayed the course with us and never gave up. When our loan didn’t work the first go around he helped us find a rental as it was a matter of homelessness almost overnight. Moving forward, Chirag was eager to assist with the process almost a year later and just two days ago we were able to close on our home. I get to know Chirag Patel after I moved to Nashville. He is the person I would do business again and again. He is very professional and time punctual. He was there at every step of the process. He never rush on anything and ask me to take a time to think. Since this was my first home I had lot of question and he patiently answered all of them. He patiently reviewed all the listing with me. Chirag is a wonderful agent. He was extremely patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted over the course of several months. He worked all hours of the night when he was quarantined in India during the pandemic and made every arrangement for us to view homes remotely via FaceTime. And in the end we found a perfect property, better than we ever hoped for initially. Once in escrow he helped us through every single step of the process to close. Buying a home is always a stressful ordeal, and on top of that, I was 2,200 miles away having to relocate for work. Chirag made everything so easy for me and my family. Whenever I was even curious about a neighborhood or house, the very next day I would have a virtual tour in my inbox showing the surrounding neighborhood and the inside of the house. Even with the different time zones, I would send a question thinking I’d get a reply the next day, but to my surprise, he always answered within minutes. Being so far away it was impossible to make all the appointments and inspections, but Chirag took care of everything! He even FaceTimed me during our home inspection. Working with Chirag was like working with a long-time friend. I will use Chirag in the future if the need arises again. Being a first time buyer is a scary feeling but Chirag really made the process seemless. He helped my wife and I pick out our first house and We couldn’t be happier with what we found. I am sure I wasn’t the easiest client but Chirag was patient and after few showings he quickly learned our likes and dislikes. Chirag was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of selling a house. The process took a little longer than expected, but Chirag was there working day and night each and every day. He made sure to take it upon himself to do whatever it took to get us through the finish line. Chirag sacrificed his own time to set up many open houses and also do all kinds of marketing to help in any way possible. He was up front about everything from the very start and provided us with any information we needed to make the right decision. Chirag ia a wonderful agent. We were first time home buyers and he helped us in every way possible to make the process easy for us. He is very communicative, patient and knowledgeable. He is always on top of things and ready to answer any questions you may have. Literally he was available for every single question at any time. He provided us with all the facts and data to help make an informed decision and take our time. He helped us pick the top three priorities and got us exactly what we wanted at a great price. Our home buying process was a roller coaster ride but chirag helped us through at each and every step. He left no stone unturned to make my dream come true. Chirag also got us a very good seller credit for repairs.
I had lots of troubles on the loan approval side and Chirag was helping me out on that front too. He would talk to my lender explain the situation and required paperwork to me (being the first time home buyer I had no clue about some of the terminology and loan process). Several times during the home buying process I wasn't even sure If i will be getting the house or not but chirag was always optimistic. He updated me on every step regarding what is going on and what are my options.
There were alot of hurdles throughout the process but I want to mention this one for sure. A day before closing my lender's bank asked for a POA to be signed by my husband who was in Belgium and to be notarized by American consulate. This would have delayed the closing by more than a month affecting two more families (sellers of the house I got and the sellers of the house that they were moving to). Chirag was working hard the entire day until 9 pm to find a solution for this. He had another closing next day but he gave his best. He even went to the title company to see the attorney for any help at 8 pm in the evening (you can't find an agent who would do that for you). Chirag, my lender and the attorney were working from 6 am in the morning to make sure they can figure out a way for us to close on time. On the other hand he made sure he explain everything to the sellers about our situation and even make them understand that the closing might be delayed by a week or so.
Many parts of this process were out of his control but thanks to his determination and everyone who worked with him to help push this through and we were able to close on the day we planned.
I would say that if anybody's is looking into buying or selling a home in Nashville or around, there is no better agent than Chirag Patel.
Chirag even got us a really nice house warming present to relax after this exhausting home buying process.
I would highly recommend Chirag Patel for real estate consulting/needs.
