About Chistopher

Chris is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. When he turned eighteen, he joined the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Department’s Emergency Services Detail. In 1991 he moved to Sacramento and Attended CSUS where he graduated in 1994 with a BS. In the summer while at college he worked for the National Park Service as a Law Enforcement Ranger. After he graduated, he joined the Sacramento Police Department where he spent the next 21 years protecting the citizens of Sacramento in multiple patrol and supervisor positions. When he retired, he was asked to be the director of a PTSD service dog company serving mostly veterans and first responders. Due to the economy, they eventually had to downsize the company and he stepped aside to enjoy retirement. This lasted about a year until he decided to get his real estate license.

In 2018 he received his license and went to work for a great company who provided him very thorough training that he thinks every new agent should go through. In May of 2021, Chris decided it was time to take his business to the next level and joined Navigate Realty. Since he has made this move his productivity exploded with new opportunities and an office full of awesome people who really do work as a close-knit family.

In 2002 he moved to El Dorado County with his wife and family. His wife’s family has been here since the gold rush. They have raised three beautiful children who flourished there. Chris was a youth coach for baseball, soccer, and football until his youngest graduated high school. His wife works as a nurse. For fun we spend as much time as we can traveling, whether it be road trips or traveling to different tropical locations. He is an avid fisherman who really enjoys being on the ocean, a lake, or meandering stream. He also dedicates time to helping first responders who have been through critical incidents or the families who have lost loved ones in the line of duty.

Chris specializes in working with first responders, nurses, and veterans. But he will help all who are excited about buying a new home. Whether it be their first or fifth house or a vacation or investment home.
