Chloe Maros

As Director of Operations for Select Real Estate, I’m lucky enough to be involved in various aspects of the business including management, finance, and marketing.

I’m passionate about helping people invest in real estate, whether it is their first residential home purchase or an expansion of their existing portfolio. I personally work with commercial real estate investors through the full spectrum of the process from research and acquisition to closing, whether purchasing, leasing, or selling. Additionally, I serve as an operation's manager, guiding management of our office's team and resources.

We are a team-based organization, where sharing responsibilities and ideas (and snacks!) are the norm. I’m fortunate to work in such a collaborative environment where our main focus is using our assets (our people, knowledge, and experience) to successfully manage yours.

I am a proud graduate of University of Florida's Hough School of Business with a degree in Business Administration. Go Gators!

- Negotiated and coordinated Commercial Medical and Office leases grossing over $500,000 in rental revenue
- Handled Brokerage coordination of 20 real estate agents and over $24 million in Real Estate Assets
- Project Manager of $3 million Commerical Office Park roof - replacement
- Listing Marketing Manager of Stephanie Miller's Co-Star and LoopNet listings (value over $35 million in real estate assets)
- Executive Assistant to Stephanie Miller, Company President and Broker, and collaborating on two multi-family developments valued at over $60 million
