About Choudhry

My experience is with representing neighborhood owners of commercial real estate and helping them achieve maximum value for their assets. My experience working with local, regional and international investors gives me a unique perspective on the capital markets and how to best position your asset. I am a Chicago kid and understand the nuances of Chicago and the neighborhoods in Chicago.

Choudhry is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign where he received is BA in Economics and holds and Masters in Real Estate from Roosevelt University. Additionally, he is an active member of ULI, ICSC, CCIM and the Appraisal Institute. In 2013 he received membership into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. From 2008 -2016,he worked abroad in the Middle East in Dubai for JLL and in Real Estate Private Equity.
