Chris was a super professional and kept me and the other person buying our house up to date on everything. Responded very quick to emails, texts or calls. Communicated and listened to what we wanted done to close on our house. Was very helpful with the whole process. Was a very good negotiator and kept us informed of everything. Was super satisfied with the work he did and would recommend him for anyone looking to buy a house.

Chris is an excellent realtor and the best possible representative for any aspiring homeowner. My wife and I searched for over 6 months before finding our home and Chris was encouraging and gave exceptional advice through the whole process. As first time homeowners, we had a lot of questions and required a good bit of guidance. I can confidently say that Chris taught us all we know about the home buying process and is still communicating with us about local vendors and contractors even after closing. I thoroughly enjoyed his company on each property we toured and even when he was not available to join us, which was rare, he made sure we had a representative to show us around. You would be hard pressed to find a more communicative, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and friendly realtor.

He was considerate and understanding of my situation. He helped me through the entire homebuying process. He explained everything so that I could understand everything with ease. Chris Baber is the most amazing realtor that ever crossed my path. Chris is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his profession as well as a great negotiator. He made his self available for last minute showing when I requested even on the weekends and always responded in a timely manner. Chris was wonderful to work with! He was very quick to respond to emails and texts/phone calls. He was also very helpful in looking for things in houses that we might have overlooked during our home searching. He was very quick in sending us the paperwork to submit an offer and helped us find a good home inspectors. Very each to get along with and was also very humorous!! Even stayed in contact through the 60 days closing period we had. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again if we ever search for a new house!

Chris is the best!!! He listened to everything that I wanted and made it all happen! He responded to all my emails and many text any time of the day or night. He was able to negotiate a very good deal and got the property I wanted in no time!!! He stayed on top of things through the entire process... which by the way wasn’t long because he made it all happen very quickly! He was very professional through the process and explained everything as things were approaching/ happening. I am glad I got to work with Chris. This was the best experience!!!
