No two transactions are the same. One of the best pieces of advice I was ever handed was “to measure twice and cut once”. Time and again, in transaction after transaction, this philosophy has guided me and the people I work with well.
Buying or selling a home is a big action; it is a process that has a beginning, a middle and an end. Each Buyer and Seller has unique circumstances that will make their buying or selling a property distinct and different from the next persons. My job as a Realtor is to take the time and consideration a Buyer or a Seller deserves to ensure their respective decisions and actions lead to their having the outcomes they are seeking.
