Chris Needles is a fifth-generation Realtor, proudly continuing the legacy established by his great-great-grandfather, Sol Needles. With deep roots in Cape May County and a strong foundation in business, Chris offers a unique combination of family tradition and modern real estate expertise.

He holds dual degrees in Marketing and Management from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to returning to Cape May, Chris played a key role in the successful expansion of Aldi Foods into the Atlanta market. In 2004, he returned home to join the family business and has since become a trusted name in local real estate.
