I would like to start this review on Chris as being a very knowledgeable and thorough guy when it comes to real estate. My review is based off of investment property transactions. I was looking to sell my investment property in exchange for another one.

Chris showed up on time when he first came over to see my house and he had a folder of paper work just for my house showing recently sold homes in my area and furnished everything that I needed to know about selling my house. Once we started the process, Chris had a nice sign made up for the front of the house and had the interior and exterior professionally photographed. He also had a camera on a drone flying in front of the house giving a view of the house and the view of the neighborhood. We ended up with a small bidding war when it came to selling the house and Chris knew exactly how to handle it and he gave me great advice during that process.

The treatment that I got from Chris when looking for another property was as if the property was for Chris himself. He was by my side every step of the way. Exchanging one property for another for the first time can be a little confusing with all the extra paperwork that you have to fill out but Chris was always available if I had any questions.

My intention was to buy one property, Chris has a network of investors who he can reach out to and he not only found me one nice piece of property but he also found me another one. I ended up purchasing both. There were all kinds of paper work and Chris was very patient by helping me during the whole process.

One of the buildings was vacant and Chris offered to find me tenants for the building. He did a very professional job advertising the units and was very thorough screening people and I ended up with great tenants.

If you need any type of updating for your home in carpentry or any finishing touches Chris will find someone for that to.

Chris and I still reach out to each other every once and awhile and he still answers any questions that I have regarding my investment properties.

Chris helped me buy my first house. He was professional yet easy to talk to. He’s an excellent communicator, connecting all the moving components of home buying. Whether it was the sellers attorney, agent or the home inspector, there wasn’t a phone call or email that he wasn’t on top of. I knew what was happening at all times. Further, Chris completely opened his network to me. My home would need some repairs and Chris didn’t hesitate to connect me to his electricians, plumbers, etc. What I’m most impressed by is Chris telling me that buying the house was only the start of the relationship. I bought a multi family and will surely need advice along the way. Chris without hesitation made sure I knew I can look to him for such advice. It was a pleasure working with Chris.

Chris was FANTASTIC to work with as our buyers agent!

He made time for us with our limited schedule and LISTENED to our needs and helped us find and buy our dream home.

As good as Chris was at helping us find our home, he really shined in helping work thru the process of offer/counter offer and all the other stuff it took to get us to the closing day (multiple inspections, insurance, attorneys, etc).
