Chris Bowman is a full-time realtor specializing in walkable, bikeable, and transit-oriented

Having graduated with a BFA in studio art from The Cooper Union in New York City, Chris has a
deep appreciation for craft and strives to connect buyers and sellers of thoughtfully-built and
well-maintained buildings.


His background in multi-family property management, energy efficient building practices, and
two decades of renovation experience affords him the knowledge to navigate all facets of the

mix, Zozo, Chris can be found reading, attending a jazz show, or tending to his backyard
