Chris is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience buying and selling real estate. Originally from the Boston area, Chris moved to NYC with his wife Kat in 2015 with the idea of taking his real estate business to the next level. Having personally gone through the struggles of navigating the crazy NYC real estate market, he knew that this was the area where he could make a positive impact on a large scale. Chris believes that buying, selling, or renting a home should be one of life's best experiences.

In his real estate career thus far, Chris has become the top-producing agent in Coldwell Banker's Manhattan office. In 2021 he earned Coldwell Banker's illustrious International Presidents Elite status and he is a Global Luxury Specialist. Chris and his wife Kat live in the Upper East Side/East Harlem and enjoy everything New York City has to offer - especially the never-ending variety of restaurants, ethnic enclaves in neighboring Brooklyn and Queens, and traveling to nearby Long Island or Westchester to golf. They have two daughters and a son.
