Let me just say this. If you look up "top 10 traits of a real estate agent" Chris checks off all the boxes. The top 2 factors that helped my husband and I make up our minds to have Chris sell our home was his easy going personality and preparedness/knowledge. When he first showed up to our house for a consult, my husband instantly connected with him. Chris didn't rush to get out of there as fast as he could. He took his time to connect with us, explain things and the biggest thing is he came prepared with facts about our home, neighborhood and surrounding homes. I was really surprised because he took the time to make it into a book form and not just a print out stapled together. Through out the whole process Chris never pushed us, never made us feel like we were dumb and he knew what's better. He always supported what we wanted and never rushed our meetings. He was always available whenever we had questions and made sure to have open communication with both of us about everything. Chris was always on top of things, making sure to get the word out even before we listed. He made sure we reached our goal of selling our home quickly, problem free and at the best possible price range. We 100% recommend Chris. You will NOT be disappointed.

This man is a true star. I went on a journey of almost 2 years looking for a place to buy with him. He offered great expertise and research within a day or two if he didn't know if the to of his head. The dedication he had made it seem like I was his only client for those 2 years. He never pressured me into anything, and even held back at my request when I told him i wanted to wait a couple months until I got a raise. We got to know each other over the years and he blessed me with a very personalized house warming gift. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking to buy a home and not feel like they are being sold a home.
