Hello! Growing up as a 3rd generation brick mason I worked the family business in the summers as a kid and eventually helped run the business after college. During that time I began creating original concrete countertops, painted murals in busy office buildings and even wrote and illustrated a children's book. From there I took on the position of Parks and Recreation Director where my proudest moment was spearheading a collaboration between City and local businesses to design and fund a brand new park in a much needed area.
All of these experiences easily transition into the real estate business. Construction knowledge from the ground up helps to identify issues before the inspection process. A keen eye comes in handy when helping to stage a home or arranging pictures in the MLS in order to help tell a story. Having a talent for writing is useful when penning a listing description and/or wording contracts. The ability to identify the needs of others and negotiate terms is an oft-overlooked skill and definitely one of the most important.
In 2016 my wife, Sarah, and I moved to the Lafayette/West Lafayette area with our 4 kids. We ingratiated ourselves into the community through various means such as coaching numerous sports teams and serving as president of the West Lafayette Park Foundation.
In 2019 Sarah joined Bradford Real Estate (woohoo!!!) taking on many of the administrative duties and using her eye for design as a major resource to help with home staging tips and tricks. Her years of experience in project management and human resources is a vital asset to the family business. Our team is truly focused on providing value first, and fulfilling our company slogan of: Selling Homes, Building Relationships.
