I contacted Chris in a panic, needing to purchase a house back in MI sooner than expected. He immediately assisted with setting up a search and even recommending a great financing company. Having been states away, I wasn't able to view everything in person. Chris made the time to view multiple houses on two different weekends, helping eliminate most via phone tour. I was able to make a very quick house viewing trip, in which Chris toured multiple houses with me, none of which were top contenders. A house unexpectedly came on the market. He immediately scheduled a showing the next morning, placed an offer for me, suggested a great inspection company, and remained calm during the chaos. We closed on our house last week and couldn't be any happier! Chris was AMAZING! I highly, highly recommend him!!

I met Chris when I was looking for a local agent to list a close friend of mine‘s home. I did my research and chose Chris to be the listing agent for my friend. He did a phenomenal job handling the sale of her home as I lived downstate at the time. I then used Chris again for the purchase of another friends home that he had listed and once again did an excellent job in being the selling agent as well as the buyers agent. Chris is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the real estate profession. He is always working for you. I noticed whether you are on the buying side or selling… Chris gives the same amount of effort on both ends. That is not always the case with all agents unfortunately. I then used Chris again to purchase a home on the lake and move up north permanently. He executed that transaction wonderfully and we are very happy! Working with Chris locally and also working with him from downstate before I relocated was a godsend. He always had everything under control and I had nothing to worry about since I lived so far away at one time. I will continue to use Chris for my real estate needs. He is the kind of agent that you want and is working very hard for you at all times. There are many agents out there but there are a few agents that have the excellence on all levels of real estate. Chris is at the top of all these levels to handle both buying and selling transactions. He makes purchasing real estate or selling real estate a joy and certainly not a headache. I highly recommend him as an agent whether you are buying or selling your home. I continue to keep in touch with Chris often which is a true testament to the kind of person he is. Very pleasant and I am glad to know him.

Today, we are sharing a great buying experience with Chris Christensen, Lynda’s Real Estate Service, Boyne City. Myself and my wife recently moved from SW Michigan to Boyne City. Chris is a phenomenal realtor. I told him we were not really looking and didn't want to be pestered, but to get a hold of me if something very special came along meeting our criteria. He let me know of a listing he was about to list and we looked at it the next day. The next day, we were under contract. During the closing process, he worked on several legal, technical issues that arose, but never made us feel like we should be worried...he is calm under pressure. Chris was instrumental in selling our previous residence and helping us find a new one back in 2011. As a result of his excellent service and advice, we decided to have him represent us again when we were ready to downsize in early 2019. He is an honest straight shooter and was excellent in keeping us up to date and very prompt with answers to any questions we presented to him.
In early 2019, through Chris’ efforts and up-to-date marketing techniques (aerial drone footage, direct mailers, social media), we sold our 2011 house and used Chris to help us locate our new residence in a relative short time frame.
