Oh my gosh Chris and Angela are SO AMAZING! My husband and I had lived at our home for 22 years and we were so nervous about the whole selling process. Chris and Angela explained everything so well and they were so patient and kind to us. They took all the "guesswork" out of the whole ordeal. It is a stressful time when you're got too much stuff and you're downsizing but they had so many tips on how to make our home sell for a better price. We were so happy to sell on the very first day on the market and even get an offer well over our asking price! They literally did everything exactly right. Seriously. Plus we just like them bc they're cool people! I know it's a hard thing to sell your home..we'll always miss our house. They made it so much easier not to deal with so much stress. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

Highly recommend.

Chris and Angela helped me sell my home. It sounds simple, but my case was a little “extra”, I had to move out of state asap and was by myself. From the beginning of the process to end, they guided me, provided contacts/resources, kept constant communication to make my move and sell as painless as possible.

Great people to work with who know the area and have the connections to get things done

Chris is a genuine good person. When dealing with sales, people can be pushy and focus more on their payout then helping. That is not Chris, he was patient with us and rode out our search with us in a very competitive market. I would highly recommend realty matters for your home search.

Chris helped us buy our first home in record speed! We managed to find and close on a house (that we actually LOVE) within 6 weeks of contacting him. Chris made himself available to us any and every time we needed him. He walked us through the process, gave us great resources to explore, listened to us vent, and recommended trustworthy vendors. Chris and Angela from Realty Matters handled a home sale for use recently. Given the state of things these days, we were concerned about how process would work, and if potential buyers would even come out to look at the house. And I was worried that we were setting the asking price too high. Wow - everything worked out better than we could have imagined! Once we got the house "sell-ready", the hassle and worry of selling was handled by Chris and the house was sold on day 1, over our asking price. We could have left $$$ on the table but Realty Matters priced it right. Great job - I would definitely use them again.

Chris and Angela made selling our home quick and easy! They kept us on track with all the paperwork, inspections, etc. so we didn't feel like anything was slipping through the cracks even though we had a quick turn around time. They knew great resources for a few repairs and even knocked out one touch up himself! That went way above and beyond!! You can't go wrong if you're looking for a great, affordable realtor.

My Fiancé & I are very young , we went through with Chris Dabin and got the a house in literally no time. It’s was covid and the market was pretty ugly but we got lucky. We had a good realtor behind us far us making sure the house was in good shape and something where fairly new. We own a bid against 11 people ! He was very helpful far as us being young and not knowing much. Explained everything with no problem and answer ALL questions. Very polite guy knows around pretty well didn’t mind explaining areas.
