Chris Davaris

Chris Davaris, a resident of Holmdel with her husband David Laughlin since 2002, grew up in nearby Old Bridge spending much of her free time in Monmouth County, especially along the Bayshore. After a successful tenure in the banking and financial services industry in New York City, Chris finally had the chance to pursue her long time dream of a career in real estate. It was a natural transition letting her use her passion for helping people, personal experience buying and selling homes, and her knowledge of finance and technology.

The way Chris sees it, "There's a lot of emotion that goes with buying and selling a home or entering into a mortgage. These are major life events and people need an empathetic, trusted advisor working with them throughout the journey. I remember my first mortgage (I didn't get much sleep!), then selling the family homestead (a lot of tears), and other real estate experiences. Sometimes it's hard to keep all that emotion in check; not let it guide you towards making the wrong choices.
