Chris Delfs, a.k.a. "Mr. CARE" (California Real Estate), is extremely passionate about & dedicated to caring for & serving the people & communities that he represents, so he donates a portion of his commission from every transaction that he closes to Team Kids, Children’s Miracle Network, and/or a charity of his clients' choice.

Chris has real estate consulting & investing experience within most markets in California (from San Diego to San Francisco) with a primary focus & expertise in Orange County. He’s also a Worldwide Relocation Servicer within the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network and can connect people with a local real estate expert in 70 different countries. Last, but certainly not least, Chris is an Orange County Luxury Real Estate Marketing Specialist & Affiliate Partner for some of the world's largest organizations including Luxury Portfolio International & Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate.

Outside of his career, Chris is also very active in the Southern California community by holding such roles as Past Chairman of the Board of Directors & Commodore for the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chairman of the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade, Past President & Board Member for the largest Orange County young professional organization - The Elite OC | Young Professionals Giving Back, a Commodore & Ambassador for the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, Past Chairman for the Navigate Young Professionals Group powered by the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, and an Alumni Advisor for his fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon at the Cal Poly Pomona chapter.
