About Chris
Chris came by her love of homes early. Moving few years as a child, Chris was always excited by the prospect of weighing in what her parents should buy and using her artistic flair help with the decorating--and not just her own bedroom.
Chris graduated with a BFA in Design and started her career in Advertising and Marketing. An early mentor suggested that she should buy a fixer property as her first real estate purchase. Chris did so and have been working in this business as a buyer, seller, designer, and agent ever since. Chris is proud to have been a Founding Member of two local brokerages.
Chris is passionate about creating the "Wow" factor in the listings that she represents. Using her design, remodeling, and staging skills, Chris creates a complete vision to present the home the targeted buyer fall love. This can mean a strategic remodel some minor "fluffing". It pays off by getting the highest price and the quickest .
Marketing is Chris’s passion, from helping create the right ambiance, branding the home (perhaps giving it a name and even a logo), staging, photos and videos, and selecting the advertising channels that will make the most impact.
the buyer side - Chris listens. She ask questions during the showings. Likes and dislikes, what is important, how does it feel? Of course, she can present facts and point out the options, but how it feels a buyer is most important.
Chris has lived the Seattle over 40 years. She knows most neighborhoods intimately; like alternate routes during rush hour, the best local restaurants, the quality of the schools, and what makes Ravenna different than Ballard.
