Chris Duggins

I was born in Winston-Salem, NC, and spent the first 50 years of my life in King, NC. In October 2018, I made the move to the Wilmington area, starting in North Topsail before eventually settling in the Myrtle Grove/Monkey Junction area.

For 24 ½ years, I worked with Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC, where I worked my way up from route sales to Operations Manager. After leaving PBV, I decided to venture into business ownership by purchasing a franchise with Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries. Over the next several years, I opened two locations in Winston-Salem and Mt. Airy, NC, and even purchased a location in Blacksburg, VA. After four successful years, I felt it was time for a new challenge, so I sold the business and embarked on a new journey in real estate.

I started my real estate career in 2020 and quickly fell in love with helping families buy and sell homes. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy on my clients’ faces when they find the perfect home. The happiness and satisfaction I bring to families continue to fuel my passion for this work. I serve clients throughout the southeastern part of North Carolina, covering areas from Jacksonville to the South Carolina border, and as far west as Wallace/Willard.

On a personal note, my greatest joy in life comes from my family. I’ve been happily married to my soulmate and partner in crime, Shannon, for over 27 years. I have four children: Brandon, Ashley, Allyssa, and Ryder, who I am incredibly proud of. I also have two grandsons, Waylon and Hank, who make life even sweeter. Spending time with my family is my greatest pleasure.

Outside of work and family time, I’m an avid sports fan, particularly enjoying a good round of golf. I also love being by the beach whenever I can. In my spare time, I referee basketball and umpire softball for local high schools, staying involved in the community I love.
