Chris helped us get our very first home!! We literally had no idea where to start when we decided to get a house, especially in this crazy time. Chris was not only there for us whenever we needed him, but also educated us so we actually knew what we were doing and why we were doing this and that. He didn't just ask us what to do because we didn't know as a first home buyer. He sincerely wanted us to be better at purchasing a property. I know I asked a ten tons of questions until I feel I understood the process. FYI, I'm not even from the state. You know the extra patience that he had to have. He never even once looked irritated or impatient.

We appreciate Chris deeply and we will recommend any friends and families when they are looking for a reliable realtor.

I contacted Chris on a Monday, by Tuesday he had put me in contact with title agencies as well as a lender, by Thursday I was pre-approved and putting a bid on a house, which was accepted, and the following Tuesday the inspection was complete. I couldn't believe how quickly everything moved! Not only was it fast, but Chris answered every silly question I had, was super-responsive and full of information.
I highly recommend Chris if you want someone who will get it done for you!

Every step of the process he always listened to my concerns, answered my questions and fought for what was in my best interest without my ever having to ask.
