We relocated to Cary from out of state, and Chris went above and beyond to help make the entire process go smoothly. He spent countless hours researching homes for us, driving us to prospective homes and neighborhoods, and helping us narrow our search. Once we found several homes we liked, he gave us his honest opinions about the pros and cons of each, such that we were able to narrow our decision down to that perfect home. So we listen to several other realtors on how they would market our house and they all seemed about the same. Then we talked to Chris and he had a fresh approach on how to sell our home. He sent out his team of professionals to go over our home from top to bottom and show us the best way to present our home. Chris was very helpful to my family when we relocated from the DC area to Raleigh. He saved us a lot of time by using the internet to narrow down the number of homes to visit. He was able to do this by asking us what was very important to us in our home buying process. When he discovered the quality of the school system as our number one priority, he directed us to a neighborhood that has a great school system. My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with Chris! We were out of state and the process of finding a home could have been very difficult, but Chris made the process progress a lot easy than expected. Since we had minimal time to meet during the search process, Chris ensured we always had a nice selection of homes to see based on our search criteria but also suggestions by Chris. He used our allotted time efficiently; Chris was patient when we needed a little extra time looking through a top consideration, but was quick to realize and move forward when we looked at a home that did not have potential. One of the things that really impressed me with Chris is that if he noticed an issue with a property that could be a concern he would point it out. His honesty, ethics and morals were apparent. Chris was also very resourceful. Being out of state, the ability to search or follow-up on some issue were difficult, but Chris was able to research issues or concerns and get back to us promptly. Chris even accompanied our son with the home inspection process. His real estate and regulation knowledge was exceptional and he made it comfortable reviewing the closing documentation and providing support during closing. There is no doubt I will work with Chris if there is any need to contact a real state professional in the future and highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
