Chris was amazing!! We met him at an open house he was doing for a coworker. The house wasn't really what we were looking for but Chris offered to show us some homes after the open house. We looked at three homes that evening and while doing so we could tell what an honest, hard working , genuine and all around great guy he was and we made him our realtor that very evening. From then on Chris worked his but off trying to find us a home. We received daily emails of newly listed homes and he was always ready to show us any we were interested at any time. He always had our best interests at mind and was never pushy. Chris eventually found us our perfect home and we just got the keys last night!! This is our third home and he is by far the best realtor we have ever had. We plan on staying at our new home indefinitely but if we ever decide to move again he is the only realtor we will use from now on. Not only did we get an awesome house but we also made an awesome friend and definitely plan on keeping in touch with Chris. Chris Farmer made the experience of buying our first home an easy one! Chris showed us homes the same day we asked to see them. He is so fast to return texts, emails, and phone calls. Chris worked well with our lender and also the sellers agent to make the process smooth. When we felt some normal stressors, Chris always remained calm and upbeat and had solutions. He connected us with our lender and home inspector and they were both excellent and professional. The first house we loved and put a bid on, is the home we are moving into next week! My husband and I are currently working with Chris Farmer to find our family a home in Poway. I rarely give 5-star reviews but Chris is a fine human being and a superb real estate professional. He is an all ways kind of professional: always available, always on time, always answers questions clearly, always has client's best interest in mind, always on top of documentation, and always in integrity. He has a way of keeping a stressful process calm, forward moving, and in perspective. He always delivers what he promises; he refers good vendors and services; and when he didn't know the answer to something he'd inquire and get back to me promptly. He has gone to bat for us more than once yet always in a way that was respectful towards others. I will be recommending Chris to anyone I know who is going to be making a real estate move. Chris Farmer is an EXCELLENT agent. He helped us find a house and thru his knowledge, careful checking and always positive attitude we are now able to be happy home owners. This transaction had many interesting little items come up but Chris was always there to find a solution. Without Chris to guide us and answer questions, I'm not sure that we would have made it.
