About Chris

Chris Fraley is a top producing real estate agent in Northern Virginia and the founder of Chris Fraley and Associates. With over 18 years in the industry and 40 years living in the Washington, DC area, she is recognized as a market leader in Northern Virginia. She works diligently to ensure every transaction gets completed as smoothly and effortlessly as possible for all her clients.
Raised in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Chris attended the University of Scranton in Scranton PA. Following college, she was hired in 1983 to open a new satellite office in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia with a PA real estate firm. This position led her to accepting a job with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner, and Smith for 6 years, first for a producing Broker and then with the office management team. Eventually, she took a sales position with McLung Logan Equipment Company and was one of two female sale representatives in that industry in the entire country.

She started her licensed career with Weichert Realtors working for one of their top producing teams, eventually leaving to begin her personal business. Chris joined Keller Williams of McLean/Great Falls since the office opened in 2008. Chris has since sold over $100,000,000.00 in real estate in the DC metro area!
In her personal time, Chris enjoys spending time with her grown children and her two dogs. Chris is also highly active in the local communities. She was a founding manager of the Keller Williams Annual Golf Tournament benefiting many local charities, KW Cares committee, served on the Board of Directors for the Great Falls School of Art as well as being an Advisory Board member for Chain Bridge Bank in McLean, Virginia since its inception. Other notable accomplishments are her Keller Williams 2015 + 2016 Eagle Leadership award and a former 10-year member of the Agent Leadership Committee.
