Chris has been licensed in Kansas since May, 2000 and was licensed in Colorado for 6 years as well. He has gained valuable experience working both in Private Treaty Sales transactions and through the Auction Closing method. Chris earned his Kansas Broker's License in December 2019 and acts as Associate Broker for Carr Auction & Real Estate, Inc. (Larned, KS) along with Ownership and Operations Management for a Pratt, KS Branch Office. Chris specializes in Agricultural Land, Residential and Commercial transactions and has two active decades of experience ready to work for and with you!

Chris and wife Jamie (fellow Agent) have four children who they love spending time with building memories, teaching and experiencing everything this world has to offer. In what little spare time Chris has he spends primarily outdoors either on the Golf Course, In Nature or working on family and home improvement projects.
