Chris has worked for over twenty-five years in real estate sales assisting buyers and sellers with farms, lake properties and antique home transactions. He enjoys working on various types of real estate such as converted barns, restaurants and lake property. His passion for the Litchfield County's unique natural resources combined with the people and the colorful history make his "job" a life long endeavor. Chris is a GRI graduate, hold a PSCS (Professional Standards Certificate Specialist) degree and is licensed in Connecticut , Massachusetts and New York. Chris has had cool experiences such as selling a sawmill that was converted into a streamside home in Washington CT and rebuilding a chimney for a purchaser who could not otherwise afford the home. Chris sold an $11 million lakefront estate in Kent, still the highest recorded home sale in the county.
